What we collect, and why
When you place an order we collect the name, delivery address, email address and telephone number needed to get a parcel to you, plus a record of what you ordered. We use that information to fulfil the order, to email tracking, to answer support messages and to honour the 180-day promise.
Card details are entered on our payment processor's encrypted checkout. They are not stored by us and do not pass through this website. We see the last four digits and the authorisation result, nothing more.
When you browse the site we collect ordinary technical information: pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site. It is aggregated and used to see which pages are useful.
Cookies
This site sets the minimum needed to work: a session cookie so that your basket survives a page change, and simple analytics that count visits. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking pixels on these pages. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading anything here.
Who else sees it
Three kinds of company: the payment processor that takes the payment, the carrier that delivers the parcel, and the email provider that sends order and support mail. Each receives only the fields it needs. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years because tax and consumer law require it. Support emails are kept for two years. Marketing email addresses are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted where the law allows, or to stop receiving email from us. We answer within thirty days. California and other state residents with additional statutory rights may exercise them the same way, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
Children
TurboMan is sold to adults over 18 and this site is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top. Material changes to how order data is used will also be emailed to customers with an active order.
