TurboMan refund policy

The promise in one line

Every TurboMan order carries 180 days of cover from the date it ships. Inside that window you can return what is left of your order, opened bottles included, and receive the full purchase price back.

What is covered

The price you paid for the product, in full. If you bought six bottles for $294 and return four of them, you are refunded for four bottles at the price you paid for them. Shipping charges paid at checkout on the 2-bottle order are refunded only when the whole order comes back.

What is not covered

Return postage is yours to pay. We charge no restocking fee, deduct nothing from the refund and ask no questions about your reason, but we do not reimburse the cost of posting bottles back to us.

How to claim

Email [email protected] with your order number inside the 180-day window. You will receive a return address by reply, normally within one working day. Post the bottles back with your order number written inside the box. Refunds are issued to the original payment card within two working days of the parcel reaching us, and banks typically display them three to five working days after that.

Damaged, wrong or missing orders

If a parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong items in it, photograph the box and its contents and write to [email protected] within seven days. We replace those orders rather than refund them, unless you would rather have the money back. If tracking stalls for five working days we reship at our cost.

Where this policy applies

This policy covers purchases made at turbomansupplement.com. It does not cover TurboMan bought anywhere else, because TurboMan is not sold anywhere else. Marketplace listings using this brand name are not stocked, shipped or guaranteed by Ironline Provisions, LLC.
